In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We do not offer full refunds due to fit or on any piece without fault. We only offer refund if a piece is not as described or is damaged on arrival.
Please take your time to review the photos and description carefully our pieces are preloved and show signs or wear and tear. Please make sure you are happy with the item before purchasing. We price so that people can resize if they wish. This is partly how we keep our prices so reasonable. Please try not to order unless you are confident it will fit.
If the product you have purchased has a fault, we will offer a full refund. We must be notified of a return within 5 days and the product must be sent for return within 14 days.
Items must be returned: -
- Securely Packaged in the original box
- Tracked
- Fully Insured for the price paid
- In the same condition as dispatched
- Without any alterations, tampering, unauthorised testing or damage.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS WILL NEED TO BE CLEARLY MARKED AS ANTIQUE RETURN.
Failure to do so will result in an import duty charge, which will be deducted from any refund amount.
When a refund is issued the payment method originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The payment company used may take 14 working days to credit your account, the time will depend on their own T&C’s.
In the unlikely event of an item going missing in the post, we will not be able to refund the item until 40 days after the date that it was first posted to allow time for insurance to be claimed.
All customs charges will be covered by the buyer.
Misrepresentations
Unless otherwise stated, any sizing and colour assessments attributed to diamonds and coloured gemstones are necessarily determined without disturbing the integrity of the piece; therefore, assessments represent close approximations, due to limitations imposed by the mount.
Should you feel that your item has been misrepresented then please return the item within 14 days.
Any unauthorised testing will result in no refunds being made as it can damage the piece if done incorrectly.
