Customs & Duties
All customs charges, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and their local government. We are unable to offer refunds if a customer refuses to pay any customs fees or import charges.
Delivery Times
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 4 working days of your order placement. Expected delivery times for Inne purchases are as follows:
- Ireland - 3 to 5 working days from date shipped
- United Kingdom - 7 to 14 working days from date shipped
- Europe - 7 to 20 working days from date shipped
- Rest of the world - 10 - 30 working days from date shipped
Shipping Insurance
All orders are insured up to a value of €1,000. If you wish to purchase additional insurance for orders exceeding this amount, please contact us via email prior to placing your order.
EU Withdraw Policy
Returns & Cooling - Off Policy
1. Your right to cancel
If you buy online or outside our premises, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly (email is fine) within the 14-day period.
2. Returning your item
If you cancel, you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
The item must be:
* Unworn
* Undamaged
* In the same condition as received
* Returned with all original packaging (where applicable)
You are responsible for return shipping costs. The package must be sent and fully insured for the full amount. If the package is lost in transit, no refund will be provided. The customer is liable for the return. A refund will only be provided when the product is returned.
3. Condition and reduction in refund
We inspect all returned items.
If an item shows signs of wear, damage, resizing, cleaning, or alteration beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may apply a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
This is especially important for second-hand jewellery due to its condition-sensitive nature.
4. Exclusions from Cancellation Rights
The right to cancel does not apply in the following cases:
* Items made to a customer’s specific request or personalised after purchase (for example engraving or resizing requested by the customer)
* earrings for hygiene reasons
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in line with your statutory rights. These rights are not affected by this policy.
6. Important note on unique items
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind due to their second-hand nature. This does not affect your legal cancellation rights, but it does mean replacement items may not be available.
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of:
* Receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
