For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees may be charged by the destination country’s customs authority upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to refund orders that are refused or returned due to non-payment of customs fees or import charges.
